The LoadTRONIK trailer simulator is designed to simulate trailer usage on vehicles, with or without wireless remote control capabilities, and incorporates a comprehensive diagnostic system for electrical and/or pneumatic trailer circuits. Depending on the selected model, the unit may also be utilized in series configuration between the vehicle and trailer.

LoadTRONIK enables the simulation of trailer operation on a vehicle by generating an electrical current load within the circuit. The precision digital displays or analog screen provide highly accurate real-time readings of current consumption and voltage levels. The system facilitates rapid diagnosis of circuit anomalies, including wire breaks, crossed wiring, or improper connections. The wireless remote control functionality enables operators to conduct analyses directly at hand, providing immediate control over test results. The integrated color digital display on the remote control allows for comprehensive remote testing and monitoring capabilities. Operators may remain seated within the vehicle, activate lighting systems, and receive instantaneous diagnostic feedback without exiting the vehicle.

When deployed in series configuration, the system provides real-time monitoring of voltage transmitted to the trailer as well as current consumption across individual circuits. The unit enables the addition of supplementary current loads to verify the vehicle's capacity to supply increased current demands to a trailer. In the pneumatic version, the system additionally controls the activation of trailer pneumatic circuits, with or without remote control functionality.

LoadTRONIK is available in electric-only configuration (E) or combined electrical and pneumatic configuration. Multiple models are offered: Bronze basic edition (B), Silver edition with color display (A), and Gold edition featuring color displays on both the main unit and wireless remote control (G).

MODEL RANGES

THE BRONZE EDITION features a standard digital display for monitoring either voltage or current consumption, requiring manual selection between the two parameters. The current load of approximately 8 amperes must also be activated or deactivated manually. LED indicator lights enable visual identification of activated circuits and detection of crossed wires or improper connections. The Bronze version supports LoadTRONIK operation on the vehicle only, enabling trailer connection simulation and electrical circuit quality analysis.

THE SILVER EDITION features an integrated color digital display for simultaneous monitoring of voltage and current. This display enables the generation of error messages and utilizes color coding to provide simplified and expedited identification of activated functions and detected issues. The unit retains the fundamental functions of the Bronze model, including manual control of the current load of approximately 8 amperes, as well as integrated LED indicator lights to identify activated circuits and detect crossed wires or improper connections.

Additionally, this version enables LoadTRONIK operation in series configuration, facilitating real-time monitoring of trailer current consumption and actual voltage delivered to the trailer. The system allows for deliberate overloading of the combined vehicle and trailer assembly, enabling more comprehensive analysis of the vehicle's capacity to supply the electrical power required for proper trailer operation. *In the pneumatic version, manual control of trailer air system activation is available.

THE GOLD EDITION represents the most efficient diagnostic tool available for comprehensive analysis of vehicle electrical and pneumatic circuits by incorporating all functionalities of the Silver model and additionally, including our wireless remote control. Our integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology enables pairing with our wireless remote control, which features a color display and analog pressure sensors for enhanced precision and increased operational efficiency.

Operators may remain seated within the vehicle, activate desired electrical and pneumatic circuits, and view results directly on the wireless remote control's color display. All error messages displayed on the main unit screen are simultaneously transmitted to the remote control display. The wireless remote control additionally enables remote activation of trailer braking and suspension systems, as well as remote air pressure monitoring.

THE ELECTRICAL MODEL [E]

LoadTRONIK E enables the simulation of trailer electrical connection usage on a vehicle, facilitating comprehensive analysis and current load application as required. The unit may be operated independently or deployed in series configuration between the vehicle and trailer for complete real-time analysis. An additional functionality allows the unit to serve as a diagnostic tool for evaluating electrical harness quality when paired with our TestTRONIK trailer verification device or when connected directly to a vehicle.

It also features a greater number of electrical connections than the pneumatic version, as it is primarily designed for recreational vehicle and residential applications. The unit is engineered to verify small residential trailers with standard 4-pin round connectors, 7-pin flat electrical connectors utilized on trailers equipped with electric and/or hydraulic braking systems (commercial trailers, RVs, etc.), and the standard 7-pin round connector for heavy-duty vehicle trailers.

THE DUAL ELECTRIC AND PNEUMATIC MODELS [EP]

LoadTRONIK EP incorporates all functionalities of the electric version; however, as it is primarily utilized in the heavy-duty vehicle sector, it has been designed with fewer integrated electrical adapters. Nevertheless, the unit provides comprehensive verification of pneumatic components connecting the vehicle to a trailer. Depending on the selected model, it may also be operated independently or deployed in series configuration between the vehicle and trailer for complete real-time analysis. When utilized in series mode, pneumatic system activation may be controlled manually or via remote control, depending on the chosen version. *The majority of existing adapters on the market are compatible with LoadTronik modules, allowing the analysis capabilities to be extended to a wider range of trailers and vehicles!

PNEUMATIC USAGE IN SERIES

IMPORTANT: It is essential to install a wedge system under the tires before performing this type of check. With the GOLD model, you can also use the device between the vehicle and the trailer both electrically and pneumatically. So you can not only read the pressure sent to the machine, but you can also CONTROL it REMOTELY! Simply plug the truck in on the vehicle side and connect the air outlets of the LoadTRONIK on the trailer side with the trailer. With the wireless remote control, you can remotely activate the emergency brake disengagement as well as the service brake engagement. You can go under the trailer, see and analyze the movement of the trailer brakes with one technician. No need to ask another mechanic to come and press the brakes. In addition, you can see directly in the remote-control screen the air pressure sent to the brakes. All this, with live results in your wireless remote control screen !

ELECTRIC USAGE IN SERIES

The Gold Edition allows you to connect your vehicle to the LoadTRONIK and then connect the LoadTRONIK to the trailer simultaneously. The idea is to make it possible to see in real time, the voltage sent to the trailer as well as the current consumption of the trailer in a simple and fast way. No need to open a cord of multiple wire, strip wires, open electrical outlets, build bypass wires to try to analyze your voltage or current consumption with a multimeter. You will be able to see in the screen the voltage of each of the activated circuits as well as the current it consumes.

You can also unplug and reconnect the trailer and see how your vehicle is responding to the current consumption generated by the trailer. You can then test your vehicle with the LoadTRONIK only, use the overload method to see how your vehicle reacts to this electrical load and then plug in the trailer and compare. If the trailer has a particular electrical problem, such as a short circuit, the problem will not be present with our LoadTRONIK even if you apply the current overload to it but will only reappear when you plug in the trailer. You will be able to quickly find out if the problem is with the vehicle or the trailer!
