PROTECTION COVER AND MOUNTING BRACKET FOR WM FLAT|FRONT|SETUP

 

The TP-B05 is a plastic protection cover that incorporates inside fixation for the WM module and used when the TipTRONIK raised dump box alarm systems is mounted on the front of the trailer.

This box lets you install the WM on any flat surface and gives a gap between the WM and the flat surface that could lower the power of the antenna if fixed directly into it. This bracket lets you install the electronic box and the sensor in an easy way and also protects components from the external environment.

TRAILER INSTALLATION

For a quick installation, everything is included in the box. Simply plug in a constant 12 volt power source like ABS to the WiFi module and install the contactless sensor in the right place. With these series, some customers are now using TP-B05 + TP-BSR or TP-B157 combined with a 25ft wired extension (TP-JS25E) to allow the sensor to be installed at the rear of the trailer. This new positioning helps the operating efficiency of the sensor to compensate for the flexibility of the front of the trailer and the frame which can cause false alarms.
