THE BRONZE EDITION features a standard digital display for monitoring either voltage or current consumption, requiring manual selection between the two parameters. The current load of approximately 8 amperes must also be activated or deactivated manually. LED indicator lights enable visual identification of activated circuits and detection of crossed wires or improper connections. The Bronze version supports LoadTRONIK operation on the vehicle only, enabling trailer connection simulation and electrical circuit quality analysis.
THE SILVER EDITION features an integrated color digital display for simultaneous monitoring of voltage and current. This display enables the generation of error messages and utilizes color coding to provide simplified and expedited identification of activated functions and detected issues. The unit retains the fundamental functions of the Bronze model, including manual control of the current load of approximately 8 amperes, as well as integrated LED indicator lights to identify activated circuits and detect crossed wires or improper connections. Additionally, this version enables LoadTRONIK operation in series configuration, facilitating real-time monitoring of trailer current consumption and actual voltage delivered to the trailer. The system allows for deliberate overloading of the combined vehicle and trailer assembly, enabling more comprehensive analysis of the vehicle's capacity to supply the electrical power required for proper trailer operation. *In the pneumatic version, manual control of trailer air system activation is available.
THE GOLD EDITION represents the most efficient diagnostic tool available for comprehensive analysis of vehicle electrical and pneumatic circuits by incorporating all functionalities of the Silver model and additionally, including our wireless remote control. Our integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology enables pairing with our wireless remote control, which features a color display and analog pressure sensors for enhanced precision and increased operational efficiency. Operators may remain seated within the vehicle, activate desired electrical and pneumatic circuits, and view results directly on the wireless remote control's color display. All error messages displayed on the main unit screen are simultaneously transmitted to the remote control display. The wireless remote control additionally enables remote activation of trailer braking and suspension systems, as well as remote air pressure monitoring.

THE ELECTRICAL MODEL [E]
LoadTRONIK E enables the simulation of trailer electrical connection usage on a vehicle, facilitating comprehensive analysis and current load application as required. The unit may be operated independently or deployed in series configuration between the vehicle and trailer for complete real-time analysis. An additional functionality allows the unit to serve as a diagnostic tool for evaluating electrical harness quality when paired with our TestTRONIK trailer verification device or when connected directly to a vehicle.
It also features a greater number of electrical connections than the pneumatic version, as it is primarily designed for recreational vehicle and residential applications. The unit is engineered to verify small residential trailers with standard 4-pin round connectors, 7-pin flat electrical connectors utilized on trailers equipped with electric and/or hydraulic braking systems (commercial trailers, RVs, etc.), and the standard 7-pin round connector for heavy-duty vehicle trailers.

LoadTRONIK EP incorporates all functionalities of the electric version; however, as it is primarily utilized in the heavy-duty vehicle sector, it has been designed with fewer integrated electrical adapters. Nevertheless, the unit provides comprehensive verification of pneumatic components connecting the vehicle to a trailer. Depending on the selected model, it may also be operated independently or deployed in series configuration between the vehicle and trailer for complete real-time analysis. When utilized in series mode, pneumatic system activation may be controlled manually or via remote control, depending on the chosen version. *The majority of existing adapters on the market are compatible with LoadTronik modules, allowing the analysis capabilities to be extended to a wider range of trailers and vehicles!
